Secrets Taster
A one hour lesson (maximum of three people). An intense and fun session where you will learn so many valuable key tips, moves and much more, in comfort with a level tailored to your ability. Simple movements and pole tricks brought together whilst maintaining a correct and sexy posture, the lesson is guaranteed to build self-esteem and confidence. £70 per person
Secrets Experience
A Course of 5 one hour lessons (maximum of three people). Before the first lesson Helen will establish how you want this package to work for you in terms of results; including fitness and poise, giving you the ability to perform your own private dance with confidence and ease. You will gain the skill to perform various pole tricks, in addition to any other goals of your choice. At the very start of your sessions with Helen she will guarantee that together, you will reach your aims. Not forgetting that the Secrets' experience will make you feel like a new woman. £300 per person
Secrets Party - Girls for your Hen Party or Birthday Party what a Brilliant start to your Celebrations!
A two hour session with a maximum of 12 people. Have great fun with your friends in a real party atmosphere. £350 per group
